These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at globalitfirm.net (the "Site"), operated by Global IT Firm, Inc., a Liberian business corporation (Business Registration No. 052169836) ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational, and business enquiry purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
• Introduce malware, engage in automated scraping, or overload the Site's infrastructure;
• Submit false, misleading, abusive, or spam content through our forms.

2. Information is not a binding offer

Content on the Site, including descriptions of services, solutions, products and GIT EduLab, is provided for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, or contract. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work executed between you and Global IT Firm.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents (including text, graphics, logos, the "GIT" brand, product names, page designs and code) are owned by or licensed to Global IT Firm and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission. Third-party logos shown on the Site (e.g. partners and clients) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

4. Forms and communications

When you submit an enquiry or application, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Your submissions are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may contact you using the details you provide in order to respond to your request.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, partner sites, WhatsApp, or Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Online store: orders, payment, delivery and returns

Our online store lets you request and, where enabled, pay for hardware, software and services. The following terms apply to store orders:

• Orders are an offer. Placing an order is a request to purchase; a contract forms only when we confirm the order and, where applicable, stock and delivery. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs) and will refund any amount already paid.
• Pricing. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Unless expressly stated, prices exclude import duty, VAT, customs charges and delivery, which may be payable on or before delivery.
• Payment. You may pay on confirmation ("place order & pay later") or, where enabled, online via our payment provider (Flutterwave) using card, Mobile Money or bank transfer. Online payments are processed and verified by the provider; we do not store your full card details.
• Delivery. Delivery times are estimates and depend on stock, location, customs clearance at the Freeport of Monrovia, and third-party couriers. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
• Warranty. Hardware and software carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable, and we will help you exercise it. Services are provided under the relevant statement of work.
• Returns & refunds. Faulty or incorrectly-supplied items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for repair, replacement or refund, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Custom-configured, licensed, subscription and installed items may be non-returnable except where faulty. Contact us to arrange any return.

These store terms supplement, and do not replace, any separate agreement governing managed services or projects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global IT Firm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including any errors or omissions in content, or any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information obtained through the Site.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Global IT Firm harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Liberia.
